Circadian Mental Health Network Launch

I am so excited to announce the launch of the Circadian Mental Health Network. This is a new research network built on the collaboration between researchers, clinicians, charities, patients, carers and the public.

As a network, we are focused on driving discovery and innovation in the areas where sleep, circadian rhythms and mental health overlap. We aim to stimulate new collaborative research that will benefit patients, families and communities.

This network will work to identify research priorities important to not only researchers and clinicians, but also to those with lived experience of mental health conditions. We aim to share our findings and approaches with the wider community, in order to make our network as open and inclusive as possible.

What's next?

A major aim of this network is to be open and inclusive. We will be continuously updating the wider community via our social media sites, through upcoming virtual talks and by disseminating our findings and approaches in peer-reviewed publications.

You can keep up to date with what we are working on through:

I am very excited to be a part of this network and to work together with the research community and individuals with lived experience to develop and grow the network into an open and inclusive community for everyone.
